Set to popular chart music, REMIX uses dance fitness based choreography and has been designed to give you a full body workout. Bespoke intensity means that this class is suitable for anyone no matter your age, size, shape, fitness level or ability.

Before your first class…

Please complete and submit these two forms:

You must be over 16 to attend my classes unattended. If you are under 16, you can still attend my class but it must be with a responsible adult (over the age of 18). Please make sure the responsible adult completes the Minor Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) before attending this class. Should the responsible adult change, a new form will be required.
